Painting the wait

Perhaps you remember this paint from the first days of the year, when it was a project only.
And now, I started painting it. Would you like to see how it goes?

I hope you have a wonderful week!!!

Two right hands

This is my new painting. It is called "Two right hands".
I love to just do nothing, it so healthy!... watch the leaves of the trees dancing with the wind, follow the clouds as they pass by... not thinking. But I don't rest enough, and of course, just to stop and rest a bit is a challenge for me.
I try hard to do nothing... but suddenly I see something or think on something and start doing something
So this painting represents the need to stop... but as you can see the other right hand doesn't want to stop. And is always trying to interfere in the need to stop.
For me this painting will be a reminder.
It is a small painting... but the act of painting it will make my life much more pleasant if I just watch it!

Work in progress

This painting I am working in, is tiny in size but a great dreamer.

Still needs quite a lot of work. At this point of the process, almost everything can change! especially when I don't finish it on the same day and to face it again, later.

In painting, everything is reflected and perhaps when I return to it, the mood is not the same, or the idea that led me to paint it, continued to evolve in my head ... until I finish the painting.

For now I can show this piece.

Uncompleted paintings are shy, and this is far from complete. The photo is a little out of focus, on purpose ;)

Digital drawings

I keep testing this new media.
I think that digital drawing can not be compared with the traditional paper + pencil technique. They are different.. and so far, I like both medias.
This is definitely more practical. I can draw everywhere with no need to carry my staff.
These are from yesterday, I made them on the car.

What do you think? less is more? I took impressions as I was progressing.

Have a nice weekend!

French windows

We saw doors already. And the windows are as beautiful as the doors.
Always from Normandy and Brittany, two regions that we loved and would love to come back!!

I love this last one... not only the window, the balcony is gorgeous! Let see it closely.

I can move now if they let me. The house was located in a corner and this is the view from it.
