"Mirá" (look) is now finished

 

I felt the "Mirá" canvas was still unfinished. That it wasn't expressing all wanted it to express. So, early this morning (around 7am), when the family was still sleeping, I went to the studio and finished it. It is now complete!

 It says (more or less) "to see or to look?", "let yourself look" and "let what you see be part of you".

 

Look

This new painting is called "Look", because sometimes, we see more often than we look.
And looking is good. It makes us connect to the other people and to what we have around.

Beauty in the little details

I love to be surrounded by nature. For some people music is a source of inspiration, for others a perfume.. for me: little details, images.

Don't look at me with those eyes

Well, here's what might be considered my first painting. There were others, but this is the one that has everything to be considered the first. It is made with acrylics on canvas.

It's called "don't look at me with those eyes ...". But the sentence does not end there. Is the observer the one that ends it. For me a perfect ending would be: "they make me get lost."

In my garden: birds and succulents

This hummingbird is a friend of the house. Whenever it comes, it seems to be looking us and to talk (I think I am suffering an Osho's diary effect ...)
