Recycling furniture, part I

When we were building my studio at the back of the house, we went to a place that sells old doors, furniture, and lots of other staff...to find the perfect door for my art studio.
But things don't usually happen as you imagine... this lovely furniture found us! It was just waiting.... and we decided to bring it home...

It looked promising.... but it wasn't in good shape. So... I decided to painted, turquoise.

Red on the back, green on the doors....

Some fixing here and there... but not everything was fixed.. it needs to tell it story.

The glasses were changed, I sand it, and applied wax.

In the next entry... the finished turquoise furniture.
